The Whispering Healer is a deeply calming meditation, designed with no music, allowing the soft, distant tolling of bells to gently guide your awareness. Each inhale and exhale becomes a conduit to heal, soothe, and carry tension away, melting stress and fostering a sense of spaciousness within. As you move through the meditation, your mind opens like a vast, expansive sky, creating room for light, clarity, and peace to enter, leaving you refreshed, centred, and held in quiet serenity. Transcript

Begin by finding your comfortable position,

Whether you are seated or lying down.

Take a moment to wriggle about,

To shift until your body feels just right,

Settled,

Content,

At ease.

And now,

Gently allow your attention to turn inward,

Notice the simple rhythm of your breath,

Let it guide you,

Like a thread drawing you inward,

Inhaling softly,

Following the breath as it meanders,

Creating pathways through your whole being.

Feel it permeate deeply,

Moving through your veins,

Through your muscles,

Into your bones.

Sense your body beginning to release,

Deeper and deeper,

And deeper still.

Your eyes are softly closed,

Your face at ease,

And now begin to notice the rhythm of your breath.

No need to change it,

Just observe,

Like a gentle breeze,

Your breath,

Your quiet,

Peaceful mentor.

Imagine now that your breath is more than just air,

It is a whisper from within,

A soft wind moving gently through the spaces of your mind.

This whisper does not stir,

It soothes,

It does not scatter,

It heals,

It clears.

With each inhale,

Feel this whispering breeze enter with care,

Cool,

Calm,

Enduring.

With each exhale,

Allow it to carry something away,

A tension,

A thought,

An old weight you no longer need to hold on to.

Breathe in,

Presence.

Breathe out,

Release.

Breathe in,

Presence.

Breathe out,

Release.

Now imagine the sky of your mind,

Vast,

Endless,

Open.

Perhaps there are clouds there,

Some dark,

Some heavy.

These clouds are simply passing by,

They are visitors for a time,

Passing through,

Nothing more.

And your breath,

A gentle breeze touches them,

No force,

No resistance.

Only intention.

Each breath softens their edges,

Each breath gently parts them.

Do not push them away,

You simply create space,

Room for light.

And through this clearing you begin to see the glow of the sun,

Or the quiet shimmer of stars.

Purity that was always there,

Waiting patiently behind the clouds.

Rest here,

Breathing into the light,

Basking in the vast open sky of your being.

This is your peace,

Your stillness,

Your clarity.

Stay here,

Floating in this stillness.

And when you are ready,

Ever so gently,

Begin to bring your awareness back to your body.

Feel the ground beneath you,

Steady and supportive.

Feel the air dancing around you,

Cool,

Light,

Alive.

And then notice again the rhythm of your breath.

Steady,

Present,

Healing.

Remain here just a little longer,

Soaking in your aliveness,

Your tranquility.

And as you carry yourself forward from here,

Know that the quiet is always within you.

The breeze within you is always here,

Ready to part the clouds,

Ready to remind you.

The sun shines,

The stars sparkle,

And you are never far from the light.

Carry this whispering calm within you,

Like a soft breeze,

Always ready to heal and restore.

Perfectly relaxing. I did this meditation sitting up and drifted so deeply I forgot to feel my body. Towards the end I opened my eyes and listened, looking around the room Iโ€™m in with grateful eyes. Life is really a beautiful journey. Thank you Annemaree ๐Ÿค
