What Would You Do If You Had More Time?
This practice begins with a brief narrative and transitions into a guided mindfulness session. It encourages reflection on what can be released to live more fully in the present, appreciate each moment, and worry less. How can we prevent time from slipping away so quickly? It seems that we often miss countless precious seconds, even when life presents us with magical moments. Our minds are so easily drawn to distractions—things that are far less significant and nowhere near as profoundly beautiful. This practice also draws on the insights of Bronnie Ware, a palliative nurse who spent years counseling patients in their final weeks. Through these conversations, she identified the most common regrets people have at the end of their lives. It prompts us to consider: can we free ourselves from these regrets and avoid looking back on a life overshadowed by the unimportant? Ultimately, it invites us to explore how we might stretch time and savor the richness of each moment.
