In a world that moves faster than ever, sometimes the thought of taking a break feels impossible - especially at work! We're all so busy and no one ever has enough time! In this lesson we'll explore why it's important to slow down in order to speed up. We'll discuss why taking breaks can improve your productivity and why our brains can't operate to our full capacity without them. We'll close the lesson with a meditation for our coffee or tea break.

We'll practice an easy flow to boost your energy - think of it like a moving meditation. No yoga mat or special equipment required.
