Doshas and Gunas - Our Constitution
This is an exciting lesson ! We'll talk about how the elements combine to create 3 doshas (Vata/ Pitta/ Kapha), and how this applies to our physical bodies, as well as our mental tendencies. We'll also explore how to describe and see the elements and the dosha in everyday life.

Lesson 5
Dinacharya + Ratricharya - AM and PM routine
We get even more practical in this lesson ! I'll share with you some Ayurvedic recommendations to start and end the day supporting optimal physical and mental health. We are aiming for a state of Sattva, a calm, steady, state of balance where healing and spiritual growth can happen. Morning practices focus on cleansing and nourishing the senses, while evening practices focus on grounding and preparing for restorative and rejuvenative sleep.

Ritucharya - Seasonal Rituals
In this lesson, we will talk about why tuning into seasonal changes and transitions matter, and why it matters to stay well. We'll integrate some elements from previous lessons, like the gunas, Ayurvedic clock and other principles we have talked about. I'll also give you practical examples on how to adjust to the seasons.

Rasa - The 6 Tastes of Ayurveda
In this lesson, we will explore how the elements manifest in food, and how Ayurveda looks at food taste as a way to balance the body and the mind. We'll continue to integrate what we have learnt about Ayurvedic principles and seeing the link between us and nature. We'll get very concrete here ! I'll give you lists of food that are supportive to work with imbalances.
