I have naturally adapted what I do just through connecting to myself, and surprising how I seem to be following quite a bit of Ayurveda. I have picked up so much from your course and I’m hoping I will gradually attune to it more in life. Thank you for this course. 🧡

I learned some new things. Thank you. To me, the class felt a bit rushed, with a lot of quick tidbits of info that I couldn't quite connect with previous lessons. Maybe it's because of my own style of learning. I personally would have benefitted from maybe a full day on each dosha, to get a better understanding and grasp of those, before moving on to other elements.

The info here was given in a very confusing manner, jumping back and forth between the doshas so it was hard to separate them. It would have been much better if she had talked all about vata then pitta then kappa separately but she bounced back and forth when giving the info on when to get up and when to eat and that type of thing. Good narration but a weak presentation.
