Take a comfortable seat and close your eyes.

If you need to move in any way before you settle,

Give yourself permission to do so.

Maybe it means rolling your shoulders up and down,

Moving your head,

Your feet.

Let yourself make some final adjustments,

Then invite stillness in your body.

Take a normal breath in,

Then an exhale out of your mouth.

Exhale to the count of 4,

Let this repetition and count bring a sense of calm and safety to your body and mind.

Take a normal breath in and a normal breath out,

Let go of the count.

Let yourself connect to a deep source of inner knowing and intuition within you,

A place where doubt doesn't exist,

Where you always find certainty and refuge.

It can be the pit of your belly,

Your heart center,

The center of your brain.

If it feels messy or unclear,

Let it be messy or unclear.

If it feels like you don't have a connection to your intuition,

Notice that without attaching any judgment to it.

Recognition around the clarity and certainty or around the messiness and confusion.

You cannot do this wrong.

Feel that you know what you know and that you don't need to know what you don't know.

Feel the truth of what you know.

From that place,

Let a truth of your worthiness emerge.

Feel and know that you are inherently worthy,

That there is nothing you need to do,

That you don't need to be more or less you or change anything in order to be worthy.

Your life matters.

You matter.

Deep within you,

Connect to your intuition the truth that you are worthy.

From this place of worthiness,

Let yourself feel love,

Love for all that is you,

Including all the aspects that you judge and push away,

All the parts of you that are less shiny and bright.

Let that be slightly uncomfortable.

Notice any rising resistance and choose to soften and love that process as well.

This work is radical.

You're invited to love yourself without condition,

Without judgment,

Without boundaries or holding back.

And resist the love you deserve to experience.

Let it wash over you like a warm ray of sun on your face,

Spreading through your body,

Warming your bones,

A love that is nourishing deep into the body's tissues.

Let the truth of your worthiness and love be felt at the deepest level.

From the truth of worthiness and love,

Feel and know that you deserve excellent health.

Let that wish for yourself become tangible material,

As if written down like a promise.

Be here as long as you need for this to resonate with you.
