Our traditional mantra in Ayurveda, is a mantra that calls upon the healing force within us, that supports and lifts us our spirit and body. Also helps us recognize the cyclical nature of life and death. OM. Tryambakam yajamahe Sugandhim pushti-vardhanam Urvarukamiva bandhanan Mrityor mukshiya mamritat This is the translation that was passed on to me by my teachers: I meditate on, and surrender myself to, the Divine Being who embodies the power of will, knowledge, and action. I pray to the Divine Being who manifests in the form of fragrance in the flower of life and is the eternal nourisher of the plant of life. Like a skillful gardener, may the Lord of Life disentangle me from the binding forces of my physical, psychological, and spiritual foes. May the Lord of Immortality residing within free me from death, decay, and sickness, and unite me with immortality.

The mantra might support more clarity and more calm.

But know that you don't need to do anything special.

Just let yourself be present.

Be in the moment.

Start to soften your face,

Every part of your body as best you can.

When you feel ready,

Go ahead and bring your palms together into Anjali Mudra,

Close to your heart center.

You may slightly bow your head towards your chest.

We'll start together.

We'll do nine repetitions of the mantra.

You're welcome to do more.

We usually do them in repeats of three.
