Have you been having a hard time recently?
Struggling to deal with life?
Struggling with your emotions?

That's okay.
You are not inferior for going through a difficult period.
Here,
We are going to take your power back.
Offer you support.
Learn valuable skills.
And remind you that you are not alone.
So just bring your awareness into this moment.
Noticing your body.
It may be tight right now.
Unclenching it.
Releasing muscle by muscle.
Unclenching your feet.
Your ankles.
Calves.
Legs.
Stomach.
Hands.
Arms.
Back.
Shoulders.
Dropping your shoulders.
Releasing the weight.
Face.
Unclenching your jaw.
Relaxing your facial muscles.
Sinking into the very surface you are on right now.
Having a sense of compassion for your physical body.
For the work it does every single day.
Noticing how you are feeling now.
Whatever presents itself to you,
Know that you are not alone.
There are other people out there who also feel like this.
These people understand you.
They have compassion for you.
I understand you.
I have compassion for you.
Whatever is coming,
Feel the sensation of it within your body.
Notice what it feels like physically.
Right now in your life,
You may have very little emotional support.
The people around you may not understand that side of you.
You may not understand that side of you.
But this is why you are here.
To understand.
To relieve.
To release.
And many people are doing the same.
You are not alone.
Continuing to feel your emotional body.
To feel whatever is coming up.
And notice the sensations of it.
Allowing it to be there.
Like it's a tree in the garden.
Watching it blow in the wind.
Watching it catching sun rays.
Watching it being pollinated by insects.
If it's painful,
Let it be.
If it's pleasurable,
Let it be.
If it's neutral and you feel nothing,
Let it be.
You are a complex person.
You are not inferior or weak for going through hard times.
You are actually very brave and courageous.
For facing the deepness of your emotions.
Like a battle scarred warrior facing their inner fears.
Supporting yourself.
Feeling is healing.
You are not alone.
Anger,
Sadness,
Frustration.
It's okay to feel these.
It's okay to have these.
These emotions are a natural part of life.
You are not inferior,
Weak or bad for having these emotions inside of you.
Irregardless of your gender or ethnicity.
Once again,
You are not alone for feeling this way.
There are many people out there who feel the exact same way.
If they were completely honest about it.
Just allowing your feelings to come and allowing them to go.
You are doing great.
Now as this meditation comes to an end.
Know that you are not alone.
There are many people that feel exactly the way you feel.
And they are also trying their best to cope.
You have connected deeper with yourself today.
Allowing you to know that you are not alone.
Even with your best friend,
Yourself.
Moving your body around as you wake yourself back up.
Moving your fingers and toes.
When you are ready,
Opening your eyes.
With a courageous spirit and a smile on your face.
