Olga Ruiz Pilato completed her 500hrs YTTC in India, learning and practicing meditation, yoga, and pranayama under the guidance of teachers following the lineage of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and Hatha Yoga. As a teacher and student, Olga is consistently seeking to expand her knowledge on this ancient practice and share her passion with others.
