Today we will awaken our hearts with gratitude.

As you listen to the following words,

Allow them to sink in like seeds planted in fertile soil.

Before we begin,

Let me just remind you of the power of affirmations.

The language that you choose and you repeat to yourself is what you experience up there.

And so whatever you affirm becomes your reality.

So let's make sure we affirm positive affirmations in order to change the landscape of our mind and thoughts.

Now repeat the following affirmations to yourself either out loud or in silence.
