Olga fell in love with the practice of yoga during the time she lived in Vietnam, and made it her mission to dive deeper into this ancient practice in India. Over time, her practice evolved beyond the asanas, intertwining with the fabric of spirituality. She completed her 500 YTTC in India, where she learned the sacred disciplines of Hatha and Ashtanga yoga asana practices, as well as meditation and pranayama. As a yogi, Olga consistently strives to expand her knowledge and understanding of yoga and spirituality by keeping an open mind, heart, and soul. She is often described as an open-minded and kind-hearted positive person, traits that are reflected in each of the lessons she guides.
