Hello and welcome to this guided mantra meditation.

Today we will work with the mantra Om Mani Padme Hum.

We will repeat this mantra a total of 108 times and in doing so we'll get our mind to a very peaceful and quiet state.

So the first word Om is a sacred syllable which is found in Indian religions.

The eternal sound.

Mani means jewel or bead.

Padme is lotus flower.

The lotus flower is important because it's the sacred flower in Buddhism and Hum represents the spirit of enlightenment.

So by reciting each of these with pure intentions you can truly liberate your torment,

Your inner storm.

Now without further ado let's begin.

Whenever you're ready you may gently begin to reawaken your physical body.

You may start moving your fingers or your wrists and you can bring back any sounds.

Start awakening your senses and gently come back to the room.

More calm,

That was good Olga. What I mean is you delivered the mantra in such a way that it felt just as if it were coming from my own heart and soul and for this reason it was very nourishing and healing. I don’t see other mantra repetitions on your profile. Is this a long-standing practice for you or is this recently developing in your self and your personal journey?
