Good morning and welcome.

Take a moment to settle in,

Whether you're still lying in bed or sitting upright.

Allow yourself to arrive in this new day.

And allow yourself to arrive just as you are.

Close your eyes gently and bring your attention to your breath.

Notice the soft rise and fall of your chest.

Notice the soft rise and fall of your belly.

Without changing anything,

Simply observing.

Now gently bring to mind one thing that you are grateful for this morning.

Without overcomplicating it.

It could be anything as simple as the warmth of your bed,

The soft light,

A fresh opportunity to begin again.

And hold this feeling of gratitude in your heart.

Let it expand with every breath.

And then thinking of something else that you're grateful for.

Perhaps a person,

An experience or simply the fact that you are breathing alive and here.

Notice how your body feels as you connect with gratitude.

Notice any sensations unfolding within you.

You might feel a sense of softening.

You might feel a sense of warmth overtaking you or a small smile forming in your face.

As we close,

Take a deep breath in,

Filling yourself with gratitude and exhale slowly carrying this energy with you into the rest of your day.

When you're ready gently blink your eyes open and carry this sense of gratitude as a silent thread throughout everything you do today.

Thank you for sharing this moment.

Namaste.
