Beginning with watching the breath move through the nostrils, we move on to visual alternate nostril breathing to enhance our focus and visualizing technique. This offers the opportunity to envision your most aligned self.

Transcript

Welcome.

As you reposition your body so that your spine is tall,

Shoulders are soft.

Immediately bring awareness into your breath and feeling your breath move up both nostrils to the bridge of your nose and back down.

Continue to simply see the breath and feel the breath and the energy that rides on the breath as it moves from the tip of your nostrils to the bridge of your nose and back down.

And then continuing with this mental movement of the breath,

Simply watch the movement of the breath as it moves up the right nostril on inhale and down and out of the left nostril on exhale.

And then inhale up the left nostril and exhale down the right.

So continuing this mental alternate nostril breathing,

Inhale up the right nostril,

Tip of the nose to the bridge,

And exhale down the left bridge of the nose to the tip of the left.

Continue on your own for the next minute or so,

Keeping in mind that energy follows awareness so wherever you put your awareness,

Energy will flow.

A few more cycles of mental alternate nostril breathing.

Being sure to exhale out of the right nostril at the end of the cycle.

And then return to breathing through both nostrils,

Following it from the tip to the bridge and back down.

Only three cycles here.

And then rest your awareness on that space between your eyebrows and then moving your awareness onto the inside of your forehead if it's not there already.

And in your mind's eye here,

See an image of yourself,

Your most aligned self.

See what that looks like,

What that feels like,

Who is surrounding you,

And what is surrounding you.

Being sure to take in every quality of this image.

Now,

Seeing and feeling this image of your most aligned self,

What is one thing that you can do today to bring this image,

This vision of yourself into reality?

And then commit your energy today to seeing that come to life.
