Building An Understanding
In this lesson, we take some time to get clear on the energetics of boundaries. We look at where they sit in the body. I offer some reflections to consider about boundaries that go way beyond what we often think about when it comes to setting boundaries. Be sure to have a journal or paper nearby and utilize the pause button as often as you need to get the most value out of this lesson.

Connecting The Dots
On Day 2, we begin to connect the dots between what we cognitively noticed on Day 1 and what is being held in our bodies around boundaries. We work to create a sense of safety and comfort for ourselves. This lesson incorporates EFT Tapping to help regulate your nervous system and create internal safety.

Protecting Your Energy
On Day 3, we move deeper into the emotional freedom technique to help us become aware of our energetic boundaries. Noticing what depletes us and what fills us up. Allowing our awareness to expand and inviting in a new way of thinking to help strengthen our boundaries.

Creating Boundaries
Today, we move right into some tapping to help you strengthen your boundaries. During this session, you have the opportunity to check in and notice any remaining spaces where your body isn't quite on board yet. Honor that and go back to the previous sessions to repeat if needed.

Ready Set Go
On day 5, we are solidifying your ability to have your own back. We take time to check in and I ask you to pull up a personal example in your mind's eye so you can really see how much this course has shifted things for you. I can't wait to hear how it all has landed for you.
