So today I wanted to share with you a short tap along to help boost your confidence.
One of the things I see all the time with my private clients is this lack of confidence,
Right,
This inner sense of doubt.
So I thought I'd share this with you in hopes that it helps.
So if you're not familiar with EFT tapping,
This is emotional freedom technique.
And it might be kind of weird if you've never seen it or done it.
We're going to move through the meridians and tap and I'm going to say something and you're going to repeat after me.
All right.
So let's begin on the outside of the hand.
Doesn't matter which hand it is.
And you don't want to be tapping too hard,
Right?
Just enough so that you can feel this on the outside there.
All right.
So even though I'm not feeling very confident right here,
Right now,
I'm safe.
Even though I'm not feeling very confident at all,
Right here,
Right now,
I'm safe.
Even though I'm not feeling confident in what I'm working on,
I'm open to looking at this today.
Just pause here,
Keep tapping.
Just notice maybe you've already got something coming up.
Maybe you're noticing a story or a pattern or a memory and that's important for you if that's coming up.
All right.
So we're going to continue moving to in between the eyes,
Tapping at that space in between the eyes.
I'm just not feeling confident.
Outside of the eyes,
I'm just having a hard time believing in myself.
Underneath the eyes,
Right on the bone,
I'm doubting my abilities.
Underneath the nose,
This lack of confidence.
The crease of the chin,
I'm just not feeling confident.
Down to the chest.
It just feels really hard to believe in myself today.
Underneath the arm,
I just can't grasp this strength.
In between the eyes,
I'm struggling to feel authentic.
Outside of the eyes,
I feel a bit like a fraud.
Underneath the eyes,
I'm just struggling with confidence today.
Underneath the nose,
I wonder why.
On the crease of the chin,
I wonder what's going on with me right now.
Down to the chest.
I wonder if there's something I need.
So just take a pause.
Maybe put your hands on your heart.
I'm open to the idea.
Outside of the eyes,
Feeling more confident.
Underneath the eyes,
I'm open to feeling more authentic.
Underneath the nose,
I'm open to trusting myself.
On the crease of the chin,
I'm open to believing I can do this.
Down to the chest,
I'm open to remembering who I really am.
Underneath the arm,
I'm open to tapping into my divine light.
Top of the head,
I'm open to standing firm in myself.
Take that off,
Bring your hands to your heart.
Maybe close your eyes if that feels safe and appropriate for you.
Just notice whatever there is to notice for you.
And opening your eyes and moving onwards with your day.
