Hi there.
I'm Anita Kaiser and my business is Anita Kaiser Wellness.
I'm a coach who works with empath and highly sensitive entrepreneurs.
I help them find more business success through emotional wellness.
And so I wanted to share today a short meditation that I often share with clients when we first begin to work together.
One of the big things that often comes up is protecting our energy,
Right?
And over the long term my suggestion is to find that regulated state,
That regulated nervous system place where you can be in your power more often than not.
But that takes some work and initially we can't always get there.
And so this short guided meditation is to help you for those moments you cannot get there.
So getting yourself into a comfortable position whether that be sitting or standing,
Lying down,
Whatever feels right for you.
Allow yourself to settle into this physical space.
Notice your breath.
Notice whatever there is to notice.
And when you feel ready I invite you to turn your attention inwards towards your heart.
And I'd just like you to take a moment and observe whatever there is to observe in your heart space.
Do you notice softness,
Vulnerability?
Do you notice the shield?
What do you notice?
Perhaps the first thing you're aware of are other people.
This often happens with empaths and highly sensitive people.
We allow others to take up space in our heart because we think we can do their work for them.
And what that often means is we forget about ourselves.
So just noticing whatever there is to notice there in your heart space.
And when it feels ready and right for you,
I invite you to begin to imagine some white light in your heart.
And it might be small at first.
It might be big right to start.
I invite you to connect in with that white light.
I invite you to connect in with that white light.
And as you connect in with that white light,
I invite you to begin to expand that white light.
Allow it to grow bigger with each breath of inhale.
Allow that white light to grow the size of your heart,
And then allow it to expand to the other organs in your body.
Allow that white light to fill up your torso Allow it to come down your legs and down your arms.
Allow it to come into your mind.
And on your next breath of inhale,
Allow that white light to expand past your physical body.
Allow that white light to fill up your aura.
It's a few inches away from your physical body.
Maybe four or five.
Allow that space to be filled up with light.
Notice how this feels.
Notice the strength,
The safety,
The protection that this gives you.
Continue to breathe,
Allowing this white light to fill all around you.
It is your safety zone.
Take a few more breaths here.
And then begin to wiggle your fingers and toes,
Coming back to this place and time.
Knowing that that white light is available to you whenever you need it,
All you need to do is tap in.
