Hi there,

Thanks for joining me today.

I'm Anita Kaiser and I'm going to be guiding you on this short meditation Taking a moment and allowing yourself to get nice and comfortable Closing your eyes if that feels alright for you I'm placing your hands one on top of the other on your heart space Allowing yourself to become present in this moment Noticing what's happening in your mind Just observing Not getting too caught up in it And checking in with the rest of your body again just taking this time to observe To notice Doing your best not to judge what you find Just seeing what's there When you're ready Bringing your attention to your heart space Taking a few rounds of breath Into your heart as You inhale Allowing your heart to expand and open and as you exhale Letting it just come back to its natural place and then on the next breath of inhale Expanding and opening your heart and on your exhale Just letting it return Taking a few more rounds of breath expanding that heart energy And then releasing any efforting and then bringing the fingers in between the eyes Folding the points just at the edge of your eyebrow above your nose Repeating after me Today is a good day And then moving your fingers to the outside of your eyebrows.

Just holding there.

I'm Open to what this day will bring underneath the eyes holding the points I Get to choose where my energy goes under the nose I Am a sovereign being Bringing the fingers down to the crease of the chin.

I am love down to the chest and as I increase my capacity for self-love and Moving the hand to under the arm as I increase my capacity for self-love.

I Increase my light in the world Tapping on the top of the head.

I am love I am love When you're ready bringing your hands back to your heart Taking a few more rounds of breath And then when it feels right Opening your eyes and moving on with your day If you enjoyed this meditation,
