I'm Anita Kaiser and I'm a certified EFT practitioner and a living priestess.
I'm also an empath and I've spent much of my time feeling anxious.
This EFT tapping meditation is meant to be a call and response,
So I am assuming that you know the tapping points,
Although I will be naming them.
I will be saying the sequence and then pausing to allow you to repeat after me.
So before we get started,
I just invite you to check in with your anxiety to notice how it feels today.
And I'd like you to rate it on a scale of 0 to 10.
10 being the most anxious,
0 being not at all.
And I'd like you to write that down.
And then we're going to begin on the outside of the hand.
Even though I'm feeling anxious,
Right here,
Right now,
I'm safe.
Even though I'm feeling anxious,
Right here,
Right now,
I'm safe.
Even though I'm feeling anxious,
Even though I'm feeling anxious,
Right here,
Right now,
I'm safe.
Moving to in between the eyes,
This anxiety.
Outside of the eyes,
Feeling anxious.
Underneath the eyes,
This anxiety.
Underneath the nose,
This anxiety.
Underneath the nose,
This state of anxiousness.
And the crease of the chin,
This anxiety.
Down to the chest,
All this anxiety.
Underneath the arm,
All this anxiety keeping me from the here and now.
Shake that off.
Turn your attention inward.
Allow yourself to notice.
What number would you put your anxiety at now?
What do you notice?
What came up for you?
Taking some time after this sequence to journal,
To note,
To create whatever people want to do for you,
To allow what your body told you to be processed through.
