This course is designed for people who live in their heads and want a simple, grounded way back into their bodies.
Over three days, you’ll learn how to:
• Recognize the difference between thinking about your experience and actually feeling it
• Identify the body’s subtle “yes” and “no” signals so you can stay with yourself instead of overriding your instincts
• Use breath, movement, sound, and grounding to safely charge and release energy
Each day includes clear teaching followed by embodied practices that go beyond visualization. You’ll be guided to listen to sensation, build self-trust, and develop practical tools you can use in real life when you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in your mind.
This course is beginner-friendly, experiential, and grounded in somatic therapy principles. No prior experience is needed.
Lilian Motta is a somatic practitioner and facilitator with over a decade of experience working with the body as a primary source of information, regulation, and self-awareness. Her work is informed by long-term practice in body-based modalities, including Fascial Stretch Therapy, energy work, and Core Energetics, a somatic psychology approach that integrates body, emotion, and consciousness.
Through years of working one-on-one with clients and leading group experiences, Lilian has developed a grounded, accessible way of helping people move out of overthinking and back into direct bodily experience. Her approach emphasizes sensation, presence, and practical self-observation, supporting people in building trust with their bodies and learning how to stay with themselves in moments of stress, overwhelm, or disconnection.
She brings both lived experience and professional training to her teaching, offering a calm, embodied, and beginner-friendly entry point into body-based awareness practices....
Les 1
Feeling Versus Figuring Out
This lesson introduces the difference between thinking about your experience and directly feeling it. You’ll learn how the body communicates through subtle sensations such as tightness, heat, pressure, or movement before the mind creates a story. Through guided exploration, you’ll practice noticing sensation in real time and begin building a relationship with your body as a source of information rather than something to override or analyze.
Les 2
How To Hear The Body’s Yes And No
This lesson focuses on recognizing your internal signals of alignment and resistance. You’ll explore how the body expresses “yes” through expansion, energy, and openness, and “no” through contraction, tension, or withdrawal. Through standing, breath-based practices with movement and voice, you’ll begin rebuilding trust with your body’s signals and practice staying with yourself instead of overriding your instincts.
Les 3
Charging And Releasing Energy Safely
This lesson introduces the concept of charge and discharge. You’ll explore how energy builds in the body through stress, emotion, or activation, and how to safely release or integrate it through breath, sound, movement, and grounding. The practice helps you experience intensity without becoming overwhelmed and teaches you how to return to stability and presence after activation.
