Imagine you were given a magic pen.

And with this magic pen,

You can write the script of the rest of your life.

Would you let yourself dream really big?

In this guided visualization,

I will invite you into creation,

Into dreaming and celebrating every moment of it.

And if you let your imagination just flow,

You may discover some very interesting things about yourself.

So that's my invitation for you today.

Let us first begin by just settling in.

Maybe you're sitting,

Maybe you're laying down.

And unlike other meditations that might require or encourage you to be completely still,

This one is going to be a little different.

Because if your body wants to move,

If you notice there may be a shift in your hips or in the shoulders,

Or even if your head wants to move as if it's imagining things,

Let your body be.

You may choose to do this completely still.

You may choose to move and flow in the space or a little bit of both.

Let your body be your guide.

But I will encourage you to soften the body.

Even in movement,

We can allow the joints to loosen up a bit,

The body to center and ground.

And we can begin by taking one deep breath together.

I'm going to begin by simply asking you a few questions about this script,

About how you want the rest of your life to be like.

Whatever thoughts come into the space,

Whatever images you see,

I want you to just let this be for now.

You can finalize and edit later,

But for now,

Just let the imagination flow.

In your dream life,

How do you feel?

How do you feel in your body?

How do you feel in your mind?

Are you able to access your heart?

In your dream life,

What does family mean to you?

What are the ways that you interact and who is part of that family?

In your dream life,

Who are the friends that surround you?

What communities are you part of?

And what are the spaces that feel inviting and loving?

In your dream life,

What love story are you sharing?

This can be a love story with another.

This can be the love story with yourself.

What do you see and what do you feel when I ask you,

What love story are you sharing?

In your dream life,

What does service look like?

Maybe this is about a career.

Maybe this is about how you give back to the world.

What are you doing to feel fulfilled?

What are the ways in which you express yourself in the world?

And I'll ask you one more time,

How do you feel in your body?

How do you feel in your physical body?

How do you feel with your mind and your thoughts?

And can you feel your heart?

Now that you've had some time to reflect on a few areas of your life,

I'm going to invite you to a screening of one day in your dream life.

I want to remind you that dreaming can be easy.

So if at any moment you feel a hesitation,

Just let it be and maybe use your body to loosen up and allow more flow and imagination to come in.

Now imagine yourself walking into a beautiful theater with a really big screen and surround sound.

Pick your favorite spot to sit in and we're just going to sit back and watch a day in your dream life.

It begins with a familiar song and you see the camera moving through your home into your room where you are peacefully waking up.

Can you see your room?

Can you feel what it's like to wake up here?

Maybe there's a smell or something that invites you into your morning.

And as you observe,

What does your day start like?

What are the things that fill this morning?

When you look at your character,

How does this person feel and look?

What are they thinking as they begin their day?

As the morning continues,

Who are the people that are around you?

At this point,

You get up from your seat in the theater and you walk right up to the screen.

And there's a magical moment where you step right into it.

And now you're not only watching,

But you are living this dream.

How is the rest of your day?

What are the things that this character wants to experience?

As you move on to the afternoon,

I'll ask you again,

What are the things that you are doing?

And who are the people that are around you?

Look around at the space where you are and just take a moment to feel what it's like to be there.

And remember,

If any moment comes up where you doubt or you think that you can't have it,

Just relax the body,

Add a little bit of movement and just continue.

It is now later in the afternoon.

You're starting to wind down your day.

What were the things that you got to do today?

How do you want to experience the rest of this day?

Look around to see where you are and take a moment to feel this moment.

As the day comes to an end,

Remember this is the first of many days.

But for now,

As this screening is finishing and the credits are coming up,

I want to take a moment of reflection here with you.

Was there something you really loved about this day?

Was there something you discovered about yourself?

What did you love about this character?

Taking a moment now to come back into this space where you are right now.

You may be adding a little movement,

Gentle movement to the shoulders and the hips.

When you're ready,

Opening your eyes and let's take one nice deep breath together.

I just want to let you know that you get to keep this magic pen and you get to create whatever dream life you want.

You can come back here anytime because the dream space is all for you.

Thank you for journeying with me today.

My name is Lillian and I'll see you next time.
