Welcome to a practice of listening.
In today's meditation I will guide us through a visualization to meet our intuition.
This beautiful guiding source that if we allow it can be a wonderful compass for our life.
Because I believe that the more we practice connecting with our intuition,
The more we can be present to our life and the more we can live at ease.
Because the questions that create misalignment or stress can be answered if we learn to pause and go within.
So let's begin by coming into our bodies,
Allowing whatever sound is in your space to just be.
Taking in the light and the temperature of the room,
Let's begin to bring our attention to our bodies.
Taking a nice deep breath and allowing our body to soften with every exhale.
And as you relax more and more,
I invite you to begin to visualize a path.
It could be a path in nature,
A place that you are very familiar with,
Or it could be somewhere completely new.
Just allow whatever comes into the space be what's available to you.
As you take in the space,
Allow all your senses to play.
Feel the temperature on your skin.
Take in the light that is available to you on this path.
Hearing the sounds around you and feeling each step as you walk,
Giving yourself the space to allow whatever thoughts want to come in,
To allow any sensation that is with you to just be.
I invite you to just observe.
And as you take everything in,
You realize that you are coming up to your meeting point.
You slow down and look around.
If you want,
You can take a seat and you wait.
The energy in the space begins to shift as you notice down the path,
Something or someone is getting closer to you.
This is your intuition and it can be whatever shape or form you want it to be.
As it gets closer and closer,
You begin to feel certain areas of your body.
There are sensations that you may be familiar with that are completely new.
Just allow them to be.
And as this figure gets closer to you,
Just notice what it looks like.
Notice how you're feeling.
And now it is just steps away and you two greet each other like old friends that have walked this path together so many times.
What comes up in this space?
Maybe there's a question or a thought.
Maybe there's nothing and you just want to allow yourself to feel.
Whatever's in the space,
I'm going to give you a moment to just be with it.
I remind you to allow yourself to feel this with your body.
We can sometimes be really in our heads,
But our body has so much information.
So whatever's coming up for you,
Just observe.
And maybe if we're quiet enough,
Intuition may give us a hint or an answer if we are quiet enough to listen.
I want you to know that it's okay if you have lots of questions and that it's also okay if you don't even have one.
The fact that you are here practicing and listening is enough.
Let's take one last moment here to be with our intuition.
And this time,
I'm going to invite you to just clear your mind and allow whatever wants to come through your intuition.
Be what is.
You don't have to do anything.
You don't have to be anyone.
Anyone.
Just take a breath with me and just be.
Now as this moment comes to a close,
I want you to know that you can come back here at any time.
This is your path.
This is your space.
And as you walk down the path,
Intuition is right by your side.
This is a reminder that it's been there all along with you.
Taking one last deep breath,
Coming back to the space,
Coming back to your body.
Take a moment to reflect here how you're feeling and just allow anything to be in the space with you.
