Hello my dear,

I am so glad that you decided to take this journey with me to dreamland.

My name is Lillian and in today's meditation I will be your guide into relaxation and peace so that you,

Your mind,

And your body can be rested and ready for the following day.

For the first part of this meditation I will be guiding you through some short explorations of relaxing and clearing the mind and for the rest of the meditation there will be some music and some sounds that will take you deeper and deeper into sleep.

Let's begin by finding a comfortable position,

Making sure that you move any obstacles in your space that will prevent you from just being with yourself,

Making sure the space that you're in is comfortable.

Let us first begin by allowing what's in your mind space to just be.

If there are some thoughts about your day,

If there are some worries about tomorrow,

Let them be in the space here with you for just a moment.

Maybe you can see the images or hear the words but without trying to push them away just let them all be in this space with you right now and as you allow just imagining a cloud coming into the space making it a little bit harder to see,

A little bit harder to hear these thoughts and slowly the cloud just takes over creating a wonderful blank space for you.

If at any point you begin to feel or hear or see any of these thoughts just take a moment with your mind and say thank you mind I know you're with me all day long but for now I am going to rest and so can you and you can use this visual of the cloud just coming in gently and covering these thoughts knowing that tomorrow or some other time they are welcome back in and now we are going to move our attention from our mind to our bodies.

Let's begin by feeling the surface that we're on feeling the texture or the softness of this surface and as you exhale allowing your body to drop deeper and deeper bringing awareness to our feet maybe there's a temperature or a texture that's here allowing the body to soften as you exhale your feet get heavier and they relax down onto the surface and as they do you feel the rest of your legs just join feeling the weight of your legs get heavier and heavier noticing as you exhale your belly rises and drops at every exhale your breath getting more and more relaxed and as you do you can feel your ribs just expanding slowly and sinking deeper onto your surface your chest slowly rising and as you exhale your chest relaxes more allowing your back to sink deeper and deeper bringing your attention to your arms and your shoulders and seeing if there's an opportunity for you to relax them a little bit more allowing your fingers to soften and your shoulders to sink onto the surface as you breathe you feel your body relaxing more and more allowing your jaw to just loosen up a little bit more maybe there's an opportunity for your tongue to just find a little more space to relax with every exhale your cheekbones soften your eyebrows and your eyes find a little more relaxation and even your ears find a bit more room to sink deeper you feel the muscles on your head slowly relax and your whole face and head feel soft and sink deeper onto the surface you can feel your whole body just pulsing very gently with every exhale bringing you deeper and deeper into relaxation and remember if any thoughts come into the space just let them be here with you for a moment and then see the cloud and create a little more space there will be time for now and now you're just going to allow yourself to breathe and as you exhale your body feels more relaxed and your mind finds peace i'm gonna leave you with some relaxing sounds for you to drift deeper and deeper into sleep

I very much enjoyed this and found the women to have a very soothing voice. However, after 20 minutes her voice stopped and the music was too low that I couldn't hear it. I had to turn it up. Other than that it was pure lovely.

Wonderful! Iโ€™ve listened twice and fallen to sleep. Life that if Iโ€™m not quite asleep I stir and can still hear it and it puts me back to sleep. Magic for insomnia for me. So many thanks for this. Xxx

This helped me to relax when I awoke to early in the morning. I liked the cloud imagery and allowing the thoughts to be there yet diffused by the clouds. I needed a bit more time to settle so I restarted to listen to the first part again. โœจ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผโœจ
