This is a 4 day course designed to help you overcome procrastination using Emotional Freedom Technique - or tapping - which is known to help you clear away limiting beliefs, reduce stress and anxiety and help you to create new beliefs. In this course, each day will focus on a different deep rooted belief relating to why we procrastinate such as overcoming the fear of failure, fear of success, fear of overwhelm and the last day will give you a self esteem boost to keep you going. This course will deep dive into the subconscious beliefs that keep holding you back from taking action on your dreams and goals, and hopefully by the end of this goal, you will have had a breakthrough and released your procrastinating tendencies.

Welcome to Day 1 - What If I Fail? This EFT Tapping will cover everything to do with the fear of failing, the fear of not being good enough and worried about the future which can often stop us from taking the first step towards our dreams.

Day 2 - What If I Succeed?
Day 2 - What If I Succeed - will cover everything to do with the fear of success, the fear of having it all and losing it all and how success may change your life for the worse (your friends and family leave you or judge you). Let's clear it away today!

Day 3 - What If I Can't Handle It All & It's Too Much?
Day 3 - What If I Can't Handle It All & It's Too Much - will cover everything to do with the overwhelm that stops us from taking the first step towards our goals. Often, when we want to start, we can come up with excuses and reasons why we can't but usually that is just fear talking. Today's tapping will help you to overcome the overwhelm and focus on taking the first step.

Day 4 - What If It's All Internal?
Day 4 - What If It's All Internal - will be a little bit different than the 3 others days. There will be no karate chop "even though I..." part and we start on the eyebrow point. This is because you've been doing a lot of healing work, and it can be emotionally draining and exhausting, so Day 4 is light and breezy. It's all positive affirmations designed to help you to feel energised, motivated and boost your self esteem. Let's wrap up the 4 days together with this conclusion audio. You have come such a long way and you should be so proud of yourself!
