Awake Your Sense Of Touch
There’s a lot of interesting things to share about touch. Your sense of touch is more than just skin deep. It is powered by a vast network of receptors in your skin. In fact, your skin is your body’s largest sensory organ and it’s basically the boundary between you and the rest of the world. So as you wake up your sense of touch, you start to become aware of what you are touching but also what’s touching you both in physically but also energetically.

Awaken Your Sense Of Sight
Your sense of sight is not only seeing what is around you with your physical eyes but also the ability to see within - with your mind's eye, your imagination, your vision, you inner sight. When it comes to manifesting there is a direct relationship of what you are seeing in your outer world to what you are seeing as your inner vision. You must see it first in your mind to be able to create it in the world around you.

Awaken Your Sense Of Taste
Awakening your sense of taste is not only about discovering, exploring and enjoying the actual flavors you are tasting but its also about what brings you joy and adds spice to your life. We all experience biological hunger which is your body’s natural need for fuel. But when we mistake that hunger for unmet emotional or psychological needs, it can make our relationship with food and the sense of taste feel complicated, and the signals our body sends can become harder to trust.

Awaken Your Sense Of Smell
Smell has a direct line to your emotional center—the limbic system in your brain. It goes straight to the parts of the brain responsible for emotion and memory: the amygdala and hippocampus. Smell is the strongest of all senses when it comes to recollecting a memory. Smell can feel like time travel and emotional alchemy all at once. Just one sniff can transport you to a different place, a different era, or drop you right into a feeling or memory you forgot about. I think that is so crazy cool!

Awaken Your Sense Of Listening
We often refer to this sense as “hearing,” but today,
we’re going deeper.
Hearing is passive. Listening is active. Hearing is biological. Listening is intentional. Listening is the deeper skill that takes hearing from background noise to life-shaping awareness. The more you refine your listening, the more magnetic you become. Opportunities, clarity, creativity—these come to people who are present. People who are attuned. If you are clear about what you want for yourself, you will be able to hear it and take action when it shows up in your life.

Awaken Your Sense Of Intution
Intuition is a form of knowledge—but it’s not the kind you “figure out” with your mind. It’s something you tune into, like a frequency always broadcasting beneath the surface all the noise, distractions, and programming. That noise can be loud at times: its other people’s opinions, your own doubts, old stories, fears, or temptations, illusions.
Intuition, by contrast, is quiet, subtle, and deeply wise. So, how do you hear this subtle wise part of yourself?
