Today on Mind Mastery,
The Lotus as Teacher.
It's your turn,
It's your time,
To be like the lotus and blossom.
The lotus is a symbol of purity and patience.
We only see the beautiful colored petals glistening in the sun lying on the water's surface,
But we don't see the strong rooted stem deep in the mud that had to push through and persevere to see the light.
The lotus can teach many lessons about the process of change and achievement.
Let nature be your guru.
Like the lotus,
You too must sometimes push through the dark,
Murky,
Unknown times of life,
Inching your way towards the light.
The light you must believe is there,
The light your innate being craves,
The light that is your birthright.
I know for sure this journey is easier when you are connected to your body and your breath.
It's a fact,
And it is my pleasure to go on this journey with you,
Guiding you towards your inner light and outer blossoming.
So let's take a moment.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in,
Rooting down into the deep mud,
The darkness and the depth.
Exhale out.
Take a deep breath in,
Stretching up towards the light,
And exhale out.
As below,
So is above.
Take a deep breath in,
Rooting deep down.
Exhale out.
Take a deep breath in,
Stretching up.
Exhale out.
Breathing in to root your stem down in the mud,
And exhale out to blossom your flower out into the world.
Allow your breath to uncover and discover layers upon layers of who you truly are.
Use your breath to breathe in what you want and breathe out what you don't,
So you may become the master,
Manifestor that you truly are,
Because it is time to blossom.

Remember,
It doesn't have to be hard,
But it does take effort.
You must show up and trust yourself and the process.
The flower lives inside the seed,
Knowing its destiny.
