Hello,

Good evening.

It is time to release the day,

Relax your body and mind,

And prepare to restore while you sleep.

Welcome to the end of the day.

Congratulations for all the little and big things that you did today.

I am so proud of you.

Let's take a moment to reflect on the day before you enter the sleep state.

Find a comfortable position lying down and take a deep breath in.

Fill your body up with oxygen,

With life force energy,

And let your body relax.

Take another nourishing breath in as you begin this transition from standing and moving around all day into relaxing,

From doing to being,

From awake to asleep.

As we begin this transition,

Allow yourself to think of something you feel proud of from today,

Maybe something you completed,

Or a way in which you handled an interaction with someone,

Or maybe just a small decision you made that honored your word to yourself.

It can be anything small or big.

What are you proud of?

Just breathe that acknowledgement into your body,

Sending the message of pride and love to all your cells,

Maybe even whispering good job to yourself.

Take another deep,

Deep breath in.

Let your chest expand and your body feel full.

And then release that breath,

Allowing your whole body to relax,

Melting down into your bed or wherever you are lying down on.

Breathe in,

Feeling your body rise up on the inhale.

Breathe out,

Surrendering to the gravity as all your muscles relax,

Let go of any clenching or holding,

Both mentally and physically.

Stay with your breath as you keep taking deep,

Full inhales,

Expanding and rising up,

And deep,

Relaxing exhales,

Melting down and surrendering.

We will take a little reflection time together to put this day to rest.

As I ask each question,

Just truthfully answer yes or no to yourself without any judgment,

And just keep on breathing.

Breathe in,

Did you have a good day?

Breathe in,

Do you like who you were today?

Inhale,

Did you treat the people around you with respect?

Inhale,

Did you make healthy choices?

And exhale,

Inhale,

Did you have some moments of joy?

Very good.

Whatever the answers were,

It's now time to release the day.

Let it all go,

Knowing you can show up tomorrow in a brand new way,

Taking the information from today and letting it guide you forward into new decisions tomorrow.

So I want you to take the biggest breath you possibly can.

Inhale it in,

In,

In,

And hold it at the top of your inhale.

Yes,

Fill your body completely.

Feel the pressure of the air in your lungs,

Pushing the edges.

Hold the breath until you cannot hold it anymore.

Hold it in,

Expand from the inside stretch,

And when you are ready,

Let it out passionately with a deep release of all the way out,

Releasing the day,

Releasing it all to the very last,

Last,

Last,

Last drop.

Great.

Doing it one more time.

Deep,

Deep inhale,

Fill up,

Expand from the inside out.

Feel the pressure of the breath inside.

Hold it,

Hold it.

Sip in a little more.

Yes,

Feel it.

Feel that life and let yourself indulge in the exhale.

When the moment comes,

When you release it all out,

Feel your whole body drop a little deeper down.

Feel your muscles relax and feel yourself breathing out the day in preparation for the power of the slumber.

Just take a moment there.

Feel the difference of two big breaths in and out.

Before we program your mind and body for relaxation and restoration,

Just take one more nourishing breath here.

Keeping your eyes closed and your body relaxed,

You're going to take in these statements as messengers to your whole body as they enter into your cells as truth.

One big breath here.

Inhale and exhale.

Inhale and exhale.

My body and mind are working in perfect harmony for my highest good.

Into receiving the answers to the questions I have in my life.

Let go of any worries or burdens I might have.

I trust myself and I know what I want.

I am okay in this moment.

I let my sleep time restore my body to optimal health.

I can let go now of anything or anyone that is not in alignment.

I am worthy of my desires.

It is safe to surrender and relax.

I feel elevated and supported by the people around me.

The entire forces of the universe are working on my vision while I sleep.

I am healthy and I love my body.

I am abundant and prosperous.

My sleep is deep and peaceful.

I will wake rested and refreshed.

I align with my highest and greatest good.

I am grateful for this amazing precious life I get to live.

Tomorrow is going to be an amazing day.

Breathe gently.

Letting your body relax.

Slow down.

Rest.

As you go to sleep,

Bring the energy of gratitude into your sleep state.

Allow your mind to rest and feel at ease.

Knowing that tomorrow is a new day to create anything you desire.

To be anything you want to be.

Anything you want.

Just feel your whole body slowing down.

Feeling at peace.

Feel your mind open to possibilities.

Now is a time to move into the subconscious space of limitlessness.

Where anything can happen.

Where anything is possible.

Let your mind be free.

Let your body let go.

Let yourself rest.

It's time for sleep.

Sleep.

Trusting that everything is connecting and everything is aligning.

And you are exactly where you need to be.

You are enough.

You are worthy.

You are amazing.

Sleep now.

Sleep.

Wishing you the sweetest dreams.

Good night.
