Meet your Teacher

Lisa Meta is the Founder of Metamorfize, headquartered in New York City – but operating globally. Through her own journey to healing obsessive thinking and mastering her mind, she created The Science of Change™, a process for people who feel stuck and want to break through negative thinking into positive action to reach their potential. C Is For Consistency

The magic is in the showing up. To master consistency you most likely have to go through some mental training or reprograming to be able to show up and keep your word to yourself. Consistency is a conversation you are having with yourself about what is the priority in that moment.

Lesson 4

D Is For Dismantle

Sometimes we find ourselves in habits, routines and patterns that once were amazing and served a purpose but then are no longer as effective and efficient. Dismantling is a more conscious form of destroying but both serve the purpose to break it down and allow something to be recreated.

E Is For Expansion

The contraction is the preparation for the expansion. The contraction does not travel without the expansion. We need to make friends with both of them - all of the dualities in life actually. Everything in life contracts or rests. Every cycle has a moment where is ends. There is no beginning without endings. There is no inhales without exhales. We only know cold because of hot. We only know noise because of silence.

 Habits can either support you to feel confident in your life or they can send you spinning down unhealthy repetitive patterns.

I Is For Isn’t

To see what it is, you must know what it isn’t. We can get stuck in the wanting because to truly allow ourselves to have it, is actually scary. Who are you without that familiar complaint, habit, pattern, or way of being. You are responsible for which side of the duality you are giving your attention to. If you continue to charge up what you don’t want, that is what you will continue to get more of.

J Is For Jealousy

Jealousy shows you what you want for yourself. You can continue to see jealously as something that takes you down, triggering you into feeling bad about yourself, not good enough and charging up what you don't have in life. Or, you can use this energy as a tool. Jealousy can actually be the catalyst to change.

You always know. Gathering information is so important but there comes a moment where you need to pull away from all the noise and go inside to hear your own truth - no matter how radically different it might be from what you're hearing around you.

L Is For Laugh

Follow the fun, the laughter and the joy and you’re in the right place. I love making manifesting fun and seeing the big game of it all. I have made a practice of laughing my way through the reroutes in life when things don’t go as planned and finding ways to make it a game to get the harder things done in life.

M Is For Movement

Movement is the Medicine. Movement is the way out of pretty much anything, especially if you find yourself feeling any lower vibrating emotions and also it is what will keep you evolving and elevating your life, your energy, and your health. Move your body, move your life. When you are in motion physically and mentally, your life mirrors that.

Nature Is My Guru

If in doubt look to nature for the answer. Nature can teach you so much about manifesting and growth. After all your thoughts are the seeds to action and through actions you create your reality. Being in nature is always a spiritual experience ranging from pure wonder and awe to how the science of it weaves itself together to create the abundant environment for us to live on and live off of.

Nothing changes if nothing changes. Opening up means challenging what we think we know and that can threaten our current belief system, but you must question everything and look deeper and be willing to be uncomfortable in the name of change.

The things around you don’t always change but the way you see them can. When you allow this new way of seeing to happen it's almost as if a new life becomes available to you. It’s quite powerful and magical actually.

Get still enough to listen to the whispers within. Sometimes the best thing to do is nothing. Just sit and be the witness to your mind. There is a lot of noise out there in the world testing you, tempting you and pulling you this way and that way.

Resistance is the gatekeeper to everything you want. Moving through resistance is usually uncomfortable however expecting it to be there can help make the transition more conscious and even pleasurable. Resistance will challenge you at every turn to stay the course to what we want.

Simulate it to create it. It really is amazing all the little things that shift and fall into place when you start being intentional about what you do and where you go and linking it to what you want.

Think about what you think about. Your thoughts are directly related to your programming and it is very important in manifesting that you become aware of your thoughts. You’re either creating your life by design or by default.

The unknown is more known that it seems. It is a necessary experience to shed off the old and emerge on the other side refined, rebooted, and ready for the next experience. Getting to know how you move through the unknown will serve you over and over again and make evolving not only more known but more fun and relaxed.

You are always being rerouted to your best case scenario. Life is full of crossroad moments of tough decisions or something didn’t go as planned… those reroutes happen a lot more than we realize. We try to plan and control many things in life, but life is unfolding in its own special way and sometimes it may not make sense in the moment but there is a reason for everything.

Balance exists because of its polarities. Knowing your YES in life is also about knowing your NO. Both are not only commands they are a quality in which you can embody and move through life with. The energy of "yes" cultivates an open and receptive mindset, allowing you to embrace new opportunities and possibilities.

Find your purpose and passion and go for it. Reverse engineer it. Devoting yourself to yourself whether your health, your career goals, your relationship and so on need to be done with excitement and enthusiasm because life is meant to be fun and you are the one that has to be with you everyday.
