Take a deep breath in.
Feel the rise of the inhale and exhale out.
Release and let go.
Take another nourishing breath in,
Expanding from the inside out.
And exhale,
Releasing,
Surrendering,
Melting down,
Down,
Down.
Last breath in,
Expanding,
Making room,
And releasing.
Let's begin.

I am stable.
I have all that I need.

I feel creative.
I feel joy.
