This is a playlist to help you relax and slow your mind down before bed, after a long and tiresome day. I personally tend to overthink, making it difficult to fall asleep and wanted to find meditations that put my mind and body at ease. All of the meditations within this playlist are under 20 minutes, so they are especially good for people who are new to guided practice and want to start small.
