Transform Your Sleep In 30 Days

With Julie Aelbrecht

A 30 day journey through the science of sleep with practical exercises to fall and stay asleep, this course will take you by the hand to create relaxing evening and morning rituals. Make space for relaxation, rest and sleep in your live and come a step closer to living your best life. Together, we will learn about our biorhythms, stress and de-stressing in body and mind, worrying, taking naps and how the two other pillars of a good life (eating well and moving well), can contribute to your best sleep ever.

Meet your Teacher

Julie is a yoga and meditation teacher from Brussels, Belgium. Over the course of her work at residential burn out clinic Marnes, she found that almost all of the patients had trouble sleeping. Sleeping too much, not sleeping enough, disregulated lives and disrupted nights. Because health advice often focusses on nutrition and movement, people often forget that sleep is an essential part of the good life. Since 2019, she has immersed herself in the theory and practice of good sleep and helps individuals and groups grow into a rested life.
