Meet your Teacher

Hannah is a neuroscientist (BSc. Neuroscience, Aston University, UK) and a neuroeffective somatic healing specialist for trauma and addiction. She loves to educate individuals about the intrinsic mechanisms of their nervous system and empower them with helpful guidance and tools for their own healing journey. She has worked in various international rehabs and has led recovery programs herself.

Mental And Physical Cravings

In this session, I will explain to you the different types of cravings your are experiencing when you are stopping to consume a substance. You will learn what building a tolerance means and which cravings are the one's you will need to work with to be permanently craving free.

In this session, we will deep dive into the evolutionary and biological reasons for those intense feelings of wanting and needing to consume - you will learn why you have hard-wired neuronal connections to crave to protect your survival. You will find deep compassion for your nervous system and its endless work to protect you.

Lesson 3

Witness Your Cravings

This session gives you a practical, mindful tool to experience your cravings. "Urge Surfing" is a mindfulness-based approach to dealing with substance cravings and can be applied easily in your day-to-day. Learn why Urge Surfing is the first step to becoming cravings-free and why observing and witnessing your cravings mindfully is crucial to regulate your nervous system.

Implementing Healthy Habits

In this session, you will learn why it is important to set down healthy coping mechanisms before you start working with your cravings. You will gain wisdom, insight, and ideas about healthy habits and why you need them at hand when you are interfering with your cravings.

Vagus Nerve Stimulation To Stop Craving

In our last session, I will teach you a simple, yet deeply profound and powerful tool to stop your cravings from wherever you are. You will learn a creative and easy approach to how to use vagus nerve stimulation to enforce healthy habits rather than giving in to your cravings. You will learn how to implement this tool into your day-to-day life to become fully craving-free.
