Cultivating Self Worth Through Structure is a 4 Day Course unraveling the commonly misunderstood connection of mental wellbeing, especially self worth, and the concept of a structured life without taking away your freedom of expressing yourself as who you are. Starting with two consecutive days of exploring how certain types of structure affect our mental wellbeing, we will round up the course with two more days of practical steps on how you can increase your self worth, self trust, credibility to show up for yourself in your personal and professional life, reducing anxiety, stress and procrastination in your mental health recovery and increasing overall wellbeing.


Meet your Teacher

Hannah is a neuroscientist (BSc. Neuroscience, Aston University, UK) and a neuro-affective somatic healing specialist for trauma and addiction. She loves to educate individuals about the intrinsic mechanisms of their nervous system and empower them with helpful guidance and tools on their healing journey. She has worked in various international rehabs and has led recovery programs herself.

Structure's Impact On Your Life

In our first session, we will discuss and explore how structure in general has an impact on our mental health, the way we foster connection, and show up in relationships, and also how it impacts our time to rest, relax, and recover.

Creating Space For Messiness

Our second session will dive deeper into the concept of messiness - the opposite of structure. You will learn about the effects of leading a messy, unorganized life as well as how you can draw richness and creativity from it and how to best integrate it into your own life.

Practical Steps To Increase Self Worth Through Implementing Structure Part 1

Grab a pen and paper for our third session - this session will be guiding you through the first part of practical steps you can take to increase your self-worth and the way you show up in your life through implementing a healthy structure.

Practical Steps Part 2

In our last and final session, we will continue to our practical steps on how to bring more structure into your life, and am looking closely into putting your plan into action. Before we finish off, I will guide you through some difficulties you may face how you can overcome them, and how to stay flexible throughout your process of building a life full of self trust and self-worth.

Excellent content on the value of structure. I know these are talks, and not therapeutic sessions really, but there didn’t seem to be much relating it to self-worth for someone who is struggling with both. My grown son, who was intrigued by the course title, left in frustration partway through the first class! He knows why structure is valuable, but he has little self worth because of his anxiety and low frustration tolerance. I proceeded to listen to all 4 classes. There was a lot of explaination in the first 3 classes of why structure will be good to have, but for someone struggling with structure and self worth, the “sell” in the first 3 classes felt a bit patronizing. Sorta like the Nike “Just Do It.” The “how” cultivating part was only in the last class. Perhaps if that was interwoven into the earlier classes, it would encourage someone to stick with the course and try some structure?
