Give yourself a two-day treat to let the creativity flow and give your body the chance to express freely who you are. Both days I will guide you to meet your nervous system and get some insights about the sensations and emotions you are feeling right now. Afterward, you will have some time to freely express whatever you have felt through your chosen medium/ outlet of creativity! This can be either through dance, painting, drawing, sculpting, clay work, etc.. whatever you feel most drawn to in this process. Come prepared with some materials and let your body and unconscious mind show you how to express and communicate emotions without words.
