Mindfulness, Meditation & Source Consciousness #1

With Debra Hall

This course guides you on a methodical journey with Mindfulness and Meditation to the Heart of Source Consciousness itself. It is thorough and interactive. Divided into manageable modules, its overall aim is to assist you to to build a strong personal practice. Depending on your interests and how much Mindfulness and Meditation you have already done, each module could stand alone but are better as part of an integrated whole. The course offers you a good balance between understanding and direct experiencing with exercises, meditations, and tracks to bookmark, to support your learning. In this first module, we explore: - Mindfulness as a natural, innate state of mind and something specific we can identify. - Why Mindfulness is easy to experience but difficult to maintain in everyday life. - Why we need Mindfulness as a training method to help us recover a baseline of awareness and reconnection. - How to create an intention for yourself and how much time and commitment you need to fulfil your aspirations. Mindfulness is not a new therapy or path to follow. It will always be needed as a quiet but revolutionary presence in our lives because it is foundational. *In lesson four there are vocal contributions from Philip Day who is reading out reflections by previous students on the benefits of Mindfulness.

This course is the best guidance I have heard on meditation and mindfulness. That it comes from decades of practice and teaching is really apparent through the depth, clarity, insight and practical advice Debra gives. It feels like a safely held space that is accessible to all with valuable ideas and suggestions for those of us who struggle with a regular practice at times. The testimonials from those she has taught speak of real transformation. Debra is a poet and there is a beautiful lyricism in her words and her exploration of natural mind mindfulness and i will return to the course again for inspiration .

I really enjoyed doing this series of lessons. Mindfulness isn't something I find easy at the best of times. These meditations really helped with presence and with connection.
