Menstruation is a time when our bodies need deep rest and renewal. Yoga Nidra is ideal for this as it takes us to a liminal place between sleeping, waking and deep, integrated states of consciousness. This Nidra contains a grounding relaxation, rotation of consciousness and breath awareness. It does not have an end bell to allow for time to be taken to assimilate the experience or sleep.
