Course preview: Join me on the path of self-discovery and self-development. Challenge yourself to take steps in the right direction and to become active around your personal development. If you want your life to change, then you need to start with understanding the world you live in. Seeing it for what it really is. Now let me tell you what this course is about. Course information: Each module deals with one topic that we will break down and gain awareness of. At the end of each part, there will be short practical exercises. The practical exercises always start with a prompt for you to become more conscious of the day's topic. This will usually take you around five minutes to complete. Then there will be another prompt about what experiences to create in the days to come. These experiences will not be difficult to achieve but are extremely important, they are paramount. You can do this course as slow or as quick as you want, but i recommend leaving 3 to 7 days between the topics. These are the five modules of this course: Dismantle Complications / Practice Meditation / Create Playfulness / Embrace your Shadow / Normalise Mental Health. Goals: The goal for this course is for you to mature, develop and be able to create a happy and content life. By understanding your thoughts, you will understand yourself.


Meet your Teacher

Felix Schaefer graduated from “Ludwig-Frank Gymnasium” in Mannheim, Germany in 2003. Shortly after, he moved to Auckland, New Zealand. There, he completed a “Diploma in Ayurvedic Lifestyle Management” and a “Bachelor in Performing Arts”. Ayurveda sparked his interest in health and the connection of the body and mind. He coaches individual clients, teaches health and communication and works in the film industry. In his time in New Zealand he also discovered a passion for dance, in particular contemporary style. He tries to constantly challenge himself to find new combinations for mind and movement patterns. Felix currently works as a freelancer in Berlin, Porto, Bali and Auckland.

You will find out how much playfulness serves you, and create surroundings that enhance playfulness.

Nobody Is Pure: Embrace Your Shadow

There are no good or bad people, there are merely people doing good and bad things. Of course we all strive to be positive, beautiful souls, full of good deets. But in order to do so you will need to bring your shadows to the surface and learn to control them. You will gain trust that dealing with trauma is beneficial, and you will understand paths and tools available in dealing with trauma.
