In this lesson, we go over the emotion most similar to the concept of 'flow states'. It's important to consider that this emotion helps us to reframe stress as something to seek out in controlled ways, rather than seeing it as something to avoid or remove from our lives. The lesson describes the emotion, the action connected with it, the journal questions and also gives some examples of what may stop us from experiencing this emotion more.

In this lesson, we go over the sixth and final emotion. This emotion is all about breaking the monotony of routine and approaching life as something that can feed us energy! It can really be complimented by emotions 3 and 4 if used in the right way. Listen to the story I give as an example and you may find yourself re-examining things in your life too.

This lesson goes over some ideas of how to implement what we have gone over. The three actions I recommend in order to prompt our thoughts to raise the automated awareness of these emotions. Another tool discussed is about how to progress with your progress.
