Learning That What We Want Already Exists Inside Us!

We have learned and internalized the idea of binary thinking. We either "have" or "don't have" something. We "are" or "aren't" something. This can be somewhat paralyzing to our future attempts at changing our identity. What some may call a "fixed mindset". It is important to rather shift the understanding (as you will hear in this lesson") to a growth mindset and be able to change the framing. This increases our ability to feel active in our lives and that we have control.
