Today we explore the origins of people-pleasing - how it begins not from weakness, but from love and a longing for safety. You’ll learn how early experiences, attachment styles, and nervous system conditioning shaped your instinct to keep the peace. Through teaching and meditation, you’ll begin to re-parent yourself, offering the inner child what they needed back then: permission to be real, safe, and loved exactly as they are.

The meditation will guide you through visualizing energetic boundaries, helping you feel both open-hearted and protected - safe to give and receive love without losing yourself.

Today we explore the difference between genuine kindness and the kind of giving that comes from fear, habit, or the urge to be accepted.
