Facing Fear In Sobriety - by Sadie Barr

COURSE

Facing Fear In Sobriety

With Sadie Barr

This course includes education about the biochemistry and types of fear responses and how they might show up in your body, psychological theories, and practical tools drawn from neuroscience, breath science, and the ancient science of yoga to help walk through fear with more ease. The lessons address 4 of the most common fears that I've heard expressed over the years in my work with others- fear of the unknown, rejection, connection, and success- this is by no means an exhaustive list of course. Each day provides a grounding practice, information and self inquiry followed by either one or a combination of practices like breathwork, meditation, and simple movement, and writing activities.
