Lesson 2
Non-Judgement
We’re going to explore the nature of the mind and how judgement serves our brain. Together we will learn to witness our judgements, so that we can begin creating space between them and us.
In this open awareness meditation practice you will begin witnessing your judgement and learn how to release yourself from the narratives your mind creates. This practice will help you integrate non-judgemental awareness into your everyday.

Lesson 3
Letting-Go
Letting-go is the conscious surrendering to what is without grasping to trying to keep hold of something or someone. When we learn to Let-go we liberate ourselves from expectation and can live in the rich present moment.
This practice will cultivate a sense of surrender and liberation, as we learn to become comfortable with releasing attachment to things, people and circumstances we encounter in life.

Lesson 4
Acceptance
When we move into acceptance, we’re not longer wishing ourselves, others, our lives, our situations were any different, even in our most painful moments, instead we are graciously sitting with what is and allowing ourselves to feel deeply into the present moment for all that it has to teach us.
This gentle guided practice will support you to move from expectation, tension and unease to a place of active Acceptance and inner peace.

Lesson 5
Non-Striving
Non-striving is the act of intentionally moving with purpose, without expectation, towards the best version of our future self. Non-striving realigns us with the joy of the process, rather than attachment to the outcome – reenergizing us for a lifetime of purposeful and intentional pursuit, devoid of the roller coaster of success and failure.

Lesson 6
Trust
Cultivating trust is believing in the wisdom of your spirit to navigate life towards your destiny. It’s an assuredness that the present moment is all that we need to focus on, the rest of our journey will unfold as it should.
As we learn to create stillness in our minds, hearts, and bodies through this practice, we learn how to hold space for discomfort and allow for the wisdom of our spirit to guide us through challenges. Developing trust supports us in releasing reactivity and guides us towards clarity and conviction from our own innate intuition.

Lesson 7
Patience
Patience is a form of wisdom, says John Kabat-Zinn. It’s our capacity to tolerate discomfort and challenges whilst remaining in equanimity – a state of composure and groundedness.
This gentle practice is an invitation to experience what equanimity feels like in the mind, body and heart so you are capable of returning yourself to this state when faced with challenging situations that pull you into impatience.

Gratitude
Cultivating a gratitude practice is a power antidote to negative emotions and creates an internal buffer against stress. As a practice, it’s shown to have a calming effect on our minds and bodies, and boosts our sense of fulfilment and appreciation through refocusing our thoughts and energy away from negative emotions.
A powerful mind-body experience of thankfulness and appreciation for the rich present moment, just as it is. When done regularly this practice will radically shift your perspective on the world and the intention in which you move through it.
