Respond don’t react and accept what is not in one’s control. It’s good to have regular reminders of this as I deal with issues around my business (and day to day life). Some days I do a better job than others practicing it😎

Very helpful. I used to engage in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy ( DBT) and taking a non judgemental stance is one of the skills. Today I thought I would try to engage in dbt related activities and meditations, and this helped a lot.

This meditation was extremely helpful to me. I appreciate your specifically identifying what I have control over and what I don't have control over. It seems obvious yet hearing your voice stating these is powerful to integrating this into practice.

This significantly helped reduce my worry mind minutes before going into work. I believe I can enjoy this day now and know everything is going to be ok when my head hits my pillow.
