Thanks for the course. Great. I would appreciate it more with the piano and music little bit more silent. The voice was more important to me and I couldn't understand it and focus.

There were some truly lovely elements, and one of the days really affected me deeply. The learning I will take from this will stay with me for some time. Some of the meditations ended really abruptly (music) which jarred me a little but overall, I really enjoyed this week. Thank you!

This series was exactly what I needed! For a few months now, I have realized that old (and new) resentments, feelings of guilt, lack of self worth and confidence have been resurfacing even though I thought I had learned to overcome them. I needed some kind of reset on my emotions and how and where i felt them. Right from the first meditation, the body scanning cues were like a light bulb came on. I knew where I felt the negative emotions but hadn’t really stopped to do that with positive emotions. I was pleasantly surprised with how this series made me feel more aware. And I could not help myself, I ended up going through the entire series in one meditation session. I just kept needing to hear more! The music was perfect too. Often in guided meditations, the music is distracting (or it startles me out of the moment), but this music was a perfect fit for each meditation. Thank you so much Katarina for the amazing lessons 💕

I really enjoyed and related to this course. For years, I pushed my emotions down and just acted like I was ok even when I wasn’t. This caused it to come out in other unhealthy ways. I am working on feeling my emotions and being ok with not being ok.I realize this even blocked intimacy and true connection.Thank you for this course!
