Welcome to this powerful meditation to get you motivated.

Make sure you're positioned somewhere comfortable and take three deep breaths at your own pace.

And on the last breath,

Let your eyes close.

Bring your awareness to something that motivates you.

What popped into your mind?

Simply observe how your body and mind react to this image or thought that just appeared.

There's no wrong answer here.

We all experience different thoughts and responses and all of our thoughts and feelings are valid.

So allow your mind to meditate on what focuses and motivates you.

Unchallenged,

Unjudged.

Do not shame yourself.

What motivates you?

Sometimes we feel a lack of motivation and something we can feel we must do or even want to do but it just seems like you just can't find the energy to do it.

Observe the feeling of not being motivated,

Not having the energy to accomplish.

Observe it with compassion now.

It is okay to feel unmotivated from time to time.

To allow yourself the space to feel that way and to not be hard on yourself.

We all live through cycles and that's okay.

Even though this behavior is unwanted,

It really does happen to the best of us.

So now,

Breathing and sinking just a little deeper into your breaths which bring you into your mind and into your body,

Know this.

That if you are willing to show up,

You are willing to be transformed by whatever it is that you are doing for the better,

Just simply showing up is enough of a catalyst for success.

Just sitting down in front of whatever it is that you know you must do but have a lack of motivation towards.

It is the beginning of powerful motivation.

It is the power of intent and that is enough.

You are enough.

The act of doing is where the bliss is hidden.

When you proceed in doing,

This bliss is revealed to you as a reward in ways that are so unexpected.

So see yourself doing something that you may have been previously incredibly unmotivated to do.

Imagine yourself doing it now in your mind.

Take a moment,

Take a deep breath and allow yourself to see it.

Now see yourself unlocking the happiness of accomplishments on the way.

All tasks,

However large or small,

Contain within them the ability to produce a state of flow.

Being in a nice flow is considered an optimal state of being and flowing produces motivation.

The energy goes.

When people from various backgrounds all over the world are asked to describe the moments in their life in which they felt the happiest,

They all describe behaviors and patterns and experiences that define flow.

Let's connect to your flow now.

So notice the flow of your breath.

The flow of these words.

The flow of this meditation.

One of the easiest experiences to identify with flow is noticing the disappearance of time.

A moment where suddenly looking towards the clock and disappearing for two hours has gone by out of nowhere.

That is when you are caught in the flow of life.

Emerging yourself in a task with this effortless flow is easier than you think.

The tasks that most consistently produce this sensation of timeless flow is within us.

And it ends up being where we pursue the rest of our lives,

Bringing us the most joy and lighting up the creativity and passion within us.

Remember those times right now when you are caught in the flow of motivation.

What causes you to lose your sense of time?

Become aware now in these breaths at all of the tasks that hold this bliss.

This bliss is yours if you allow it.

If you value the process of doing and the product of doing,

You come to find that simply starting the process with the right attitude is enough to get you motivated.

The process itself,

The doing,

Is where bliss resides.

Remember the important piece of information,

That the art of doing creates true bliss.

Doing creates energy and movement and this is where flow is,

The state of optimal being experienced by all of us around the world.

So if you feel unmotivated to do something,

Ask yourself why you are unmotivated.

Does the task seem inherently boring to you?

Perhaps it's too challenging or maybe you fear failure.

These are all common concerns,

Typical thoughts that one experiences while unmotivated.

It's easy for our ego mind to cling onto these and keep us in a state of stuck and still.

Observe these thoughts as if they're dancing around on the water in front of you.

Imagine yourself now,

Saying with confidence and either say this out loud or in your head now with me.

I am motivated.

I complete tasks in record time.

I have clear intentions so I accomplish things with ease.

I deserve to be successful.

I am always motivated to get more done than I planned.

My mind is focused and my energy is clear.

I am motivated to take care of me.

I am motivated to exercise.

I am motivated to eat healthy foods.

I do not look for easy things.

I look for challenging things to up level me.

I push myself because no one else will push me but me.

I push myself because it is no one's job but my own.

Human tasks are easy to start.

Will power is something that comes naturally to me.

I achieve my goals through the power of dedication and my life is full of purpose.

Being motivated might not come easy for me but it is rewarding.

I am confident in what I do and that in turn makes me motivated.

I am so motivated that others are inspired by me to become more of themselves.

Bring these to your awareness and understand that you are the creator.

It is nobody's job but your own and that is liberating to take control of your life.

So whenever you are ready,

Bring your awareness back to your heart space and open your eyes raising from this meditation and feeling more motivated than you have ever been.
