Welcome to this relaxing session for focusing on the power within you.

Find yourself a comfortable seated position of your choice.

It's best to be seated on the floor or on a mat with your spine straight and your head held high.

However,

If you need some support for your back,

You may need to sit in a chair.

Just keep your spine straight for the duration of the session.

You may close your eyes.

Deep breath in and a long breath out.

Again,

Breathe deeply.

Feel your body expand and when you exhale,

Cultivate relaxation.

Breathing in,

Relaxing,

Breathing out,

Peaceful.

And as you breathe,

You are drawing a closer union between your body and soul.

With each breath you take,

You are bringing about balance and creating a calm attitude and steady mood.

Take a long breath in and let a long deep breath out.

Listen to the sound of your breath becoming heavier and heavier with each breath you take,

Each breath with purpose.

Use this moment to focus on your strength.

Find a memory,

Find a time where you are strong and resilient.

Observe how you have made it through that tough time.

You had the strength.

You had the persistence and the resilience.

And just as you had it then,

You have it now.

Focus on your breath to create a regular,

Soothing and intimate environment to cultivate a courageous mindset.

Deep within,

You are tough.

You are tenacious.

Find your bravery by remembering the moments when you are iron-willed.

The sound of your breath,

Use it.

Use it as a resource to bring about the underlying power of yourself.

The sound of your breath presents a force,

A capability.

You have the power to influence your entire mood and energy.

Spreading the ability to achieve not only your dreams,

But everything you've ever wanted.

All your aspirations with each conscious breath.

Let go of any concern or despair.

You don't need these things anymore.

They are of no use to you when you utilize the force of your good intentions.

When you feel doubt,

Breathe into it to override it with pure strength.

If you get knocked down,

This is a good thing.

Because it provided a space of learning.

Something to overcome.

This is how you grow and get stronger.

Because you have the resilience to get back up and move forward with more power than you ever have before.

We tend to undermine our abilities by negative self-talk.

These are limiting beliefs which can literally stop progress in its tracks in an instant.

Don't listen to this voice.

You have a choice to let these thoughts pass by just like a cloud in the sky.

Or like the waters of a river flowing on by.

Now,

Remember back to a time when someone was strong for you.

Who comes to mind?

What were their actions?

How did what they did for you make you feel?

See clearly their face when they helped you or guided you.

And notice the energy they presented during the time of need.

Feel their strength.

Inhale deeply now.

And exhale gratitude again to this individual.

Gently breathe out and imagine you can give them a hug.

And as you hug them in your mind,

Soak in their strength.

Become one with their ability to help that trait you admire in them and join them with their resilience.

Inhale again and feel gratitude for this privilege.

Now it's time to rule your choices and thoughts.

You are the leader of how your life is lived.

So warrant the strength.

Warrant the strength to be you.

To your entire being and your fullness.

Make a pledge that during life's challenges you are flexible to the twists and turns.

And you can snap back into pure potential.

Be aware that you can take control of your life by taking action.

It's your choice.

It's your choice to focus on what you want in life.

It's your choice to chase it.

You have the power.

You have the inner strength to do so and your strength is so unique to you.

It is your decision now to move away from the things that you don't wish.

And you finally,

Finally get to create your own dream life day by day,

Moment by moment from thought to thought.

Every challenge and every bad day you have survived and you have survived in ways that is unique to you.

No one has the strength like yours.

It's time to bring back this power and skill to the present moment and use it as a guide.

Use it as a guide to bring you to the present moment to create all of the choices that step you into your dream life.

Gently open your eyes now whenever you are ready.

It's time to take on the power of your life.
