Welcome.

Welcome to this guided meditation for intention setting with rhythmic empowerment.

Make yourself comfortable.

Perhaps you're sitting upright or laying down.

I really invite you to sit upright and move with the rhythm of the music in the most natural way possible.

Allow your eyes to close.

Begin by shifting your focus to your breath.

If your body so calls,

Allow it to move or sway.

Maybe your fingers tap or your toes tingle.

Whatever feels authentic and natural.

Allow your body to move with the rhythmic empowerment.

Bring your awareness and your attention to your breath.

Feeling the slightest movements of air traveling through your nose down into your lungs.

Allowing the breath to be inviting,

Soothing,

Empowering.

And exhale any tension,

Worry,

Doubt.

It's no longer serving you.

You are becoming calm and at peace with yourself in this moment and empowered by the movement of your breath within your body,

Your mind and your soul.

When you are ready,

Start to truly shift your attention to your physical body.

How your belly rise and falls with each in breath and out breath.

Notice any sensations when you are breathing,

Any feeling that's ignited by the music.

Is your breathing heavy,

Shallow,

Deep?

Is it tender,

Light,

Quiet?

Simply observe these sensations without judgment.

There is no need to change anything about what you are doing or about your breath.

And now,

As you continue to breathe and if you feel comfortable doing so,

Ask yourself,

What is your intention?

What is the intention you have for taking some time to sit down and listen,

To engage in this meditation?

Perhaps it's for your health or to sustain your focus and attention,

To obtain pure awareness undistracted by the outside world or is it simply just because you wanted to try?

Any intention is welcome and valid.

Welcome and affirm your intention.

Allow it to flow within you,

Within your breath.

Intentions are our embodiments for your desires.

It has the ability to turn our dreams into reality and it allows us to paint the picture we want to see on the blank canvas before we begin our day.

When intentions are compressed into words,

They enfold magical powers.

So as you take another compassionate and love-filled breath in,

Take a moment to think about the intention that you would like to invite into your day,

Into your work,

Into your creations.

I encourage for your intentions to be closely tied with your personal thoughts,

Your values and your perception on your daily life.

They can be clear and specific or they can be as simple as just a word or a phrase that you would like to align yourself with and be empowered by.

Such as,

Keep an open mind and heart,

Love,

Grace,

Softness,

Strength,

Confidence,

Love,

Peace,

Freedom.

Ask yourself,

What kind of day are you going to have?

What kind of day are you creating?

What matters the most to you?

What would you like to build or nurture in your life?

What would you like to let go of?

Who would you like to forgive?

What are you grateful for?

And once you arrive to your heartfelt intention,

Take a deep breath in through your nose and as you inhale,

Quietly repeat the intention to yourself,

Whatever it may be.

Today,

I am confident and full of certainty.

Today,

I will be in balance.

I will allow myself to be vulnerable.

Today,

I will be productive.

I will give and receive love.

I will act from a place of courage.

I will embrace change and opportunity.

Setting an intention allows you to remain grounded and reconnected with what matters most.

You are now cultivating incredible inner strength that is always present within you.

Visualize your life and imagine what it's like to be fully living in your intentions.

What actions are you taking in your life with respect to yourself and others and the world around you?

When you imagine this new intention in your life,

Imagine it fully with all five senses.

Imagine what this new desire looks,

Smells,

Sounds,

Feels and tastes like.

Feel as if you already have it.

Experience the joy of having achieved all that you desire.

This energy,

This visualization,

This intention setting,

This is allowing you and aligning you with your intentions that emerge deep within you already.

I want you to slowly sway back and forth to the music because you are energizing these intentions in motion with motion now.

Allowing your body,

Mind and heart to resonate with the sense of harmony,

Well-being,

Gratitude and rhythmic empowerment.

As you imagine yourself living from these a place of accomplishments and from a place of your intentions.

And as this practice slowly comes to an end,

Set your intentions free.

Whatever that may mean to you.

Knowing your intentions will keep you on the right path.

Take another deep breath in.

And as you exhale,

Allow your body to be moving gently.

Maintaining the sense of your intention.

Continuing to affirm it as your body begins to stretch and gently move as you come back to the present,

Come back in connection with your surroundings.

Slowly start to stretch.

Move your body,

Your arms,

Whatever feels natural and easy.

When you are ready,

Open your eyes and step into rhythmic empowerment with your intentions.

You are now on your own.

And now,

Your mind is on the right path.

You are now on your own.

You are now on your own.

And as you exhale,

Allow your body to be moving gently.

And as you exhale,

Allow your body to be moving gently.

Fabulous. I love the drum beat. I turned it into a walking meditation. It’s hard to sit still with that music in the background. Thank you so much.
