Take a quick 5 minutes to sit down process the anger you are experiencing. Learn to be an observer rather than a participant of the emotion. You must allow the emotion to FLOW. Let it go otherwise it will build up in your body and spirit in an unhealthy way.

Today,

We will honor our emotions.

In this season,

We will experience the feeling of anger,

Allowing it to express itself with all of the sensations and the feelings that allow us to process it.

So get into a very comfortable position and all of your muscles can just be allowed to relax.

Allow your body,

Your physical state to just be at ease.

Find your center by breathing deeply and when you are ready,

Let's focus on that feeling of anger.

Notice where these feelings arise in your body,

What sensations you're feeling.

Even if you feel some loving emotions too,

That's okay.

Focus on the feeling of irritation,

Fury,

Hatred.

Cultivate the feeling of outrage within you.

Perhaps you can imagine a time when someone made you really mad or remembering when your temper got the best of you.

Whatever allows you to experience the state of your ability.

Explore this sensation as if you were an onlooker,

An observer.

Where does the emotion present itself in your body?

Maybe it's mostly in your face where you hold the expression of anger and frustration or perhaps you can feel the anger through your entire body.

Just allow this feeling to just be right now.

Don't try to change it.

Don't convert it.

Don't invalidate it.

Focus on the things in life that upset you.

Remember times when you were really upset about something.

The things that make you see red.

It's perfectly fine to express anger just as it's perfectly fine to express delight.

You feel that energy and anger within you.

Feel its vibrations,

Its negativity,

Its energy in you.

You know this feeling so well.

Good.

You are clearing out emotions that you need to let go of.

In this moment of pure connection,

You finally open yourself up to experience anger in its purest form.

Allow these feelings,

Fury and irritation to spread throughout your body,

Letting the emotion be freed.

Notice how do you feel?

Connect the feeling of disgust just as you would respect a dear friend.

Now allow this feeling to diminish and fade,

Slowly letting yourself back into a balance of state,

State of relaxation.

Breathe in deeply and exhale.

Expressing your feelings by letting them rise and fall,

Come and go is what makes balance in your life.

You are exactly all you need to be.

And coming is going and if you don't allow it to come,

It may not go.

You are exactly all you need to be.
