21 Days of Abundance and Gratitude

With Ibicenia Mindfulness

It is a pleasure to accompany you on this 21-day trip of gratitude and abundance. Gratitude connects us with the present moment, with the miracle of being alive, with abundance. Instead of focusing on what we lack, we learn to appreciate what we have. Thanking makes us feel more satisfied, more complete, and happier. Every day I will propose you a topic with which you can develop and practice gratitude. It is said that 21 days is enough time to incorporate this new habit into our lives.
