Thanks. A good session that was just what I needed right now. Now, I have more focus on what to look for in my day. My mind is not all over the place and I know what I’m doing today. No right, no wrong. The weather is beautiful today and the sun is shining. This is a pleasant reminder of what can BE today. Good plans for me. Thanks so much!

Hi Kristin. First, TYSM for your lovely and learned tracks available on this app. I’ve listened to several and they all have pierced my heart This morning, I played “Loving-Kindness With Self-Compassion” for a group I moderate here called Austin Texas Sangha. One of our members highly recommended we play it for the group. It brought loads muditā. I’m curious, would you be willing to message me? I’d love to explore further opportunities to learn and practice mettā with your guidance. Appreciatively, J

This was spot-on for what I needed to hear. Listening to Ms.Neff talk through what we may be experiencing at this moment, where we felt we needed the intervention of having self compassion, was very effective at helping me to get through a tough spot. She gave me words and language to use with myself that I was at a total loss for as I felt I was drowning in my current situation. I feel proudly re-regulated now and like my mind is back in a positive place where I want it to be to continue moving forward and making progress in my personal life. I've bookmarked this as it was an excellent track that I can refer back to when needed. Thank you Ms.Neff! What a beautiful healing gift you have so graciously shared with the IT community with this one. I'm very thankful❤️🕯🕊

Self compassion is a huge game changer when I remember to do it. There is so much courage to be found in self compassion. Thank you for this meditation.
