Allow yourself to be present with what you're feeling.

Giving your thoughts and feelings a lot of space.

Trying not to be hooked by them.

Simply being present with what is.

Remembering that you are not alone.

So many people feel something similar.

So see if you can give yourself some kindness and support.

Remembering that it's okay to be imperfect.

To struggle.

To make mistakes.

You're doing the best you can.

Seeing if you can fill yourself with loving,

Connected presence.

Allowing yourself to be just as you are in this moment.
